Terms and Conditions

These Terms are between you and GregoryO, Inc., New York, NY, which operates the Dreamlet Studio brand and the Dreamlet service ("Dreamlet," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the site, creating an account, or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Notice. If you purchase a membership, you also agree to our Refund Policy and Subscription and Cancellation Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to purchase a membership. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.

Dreamlet is a curated digital streaming service for films and related editorial and filmmaker programming. A paid membership provides personal access to the member film library and the features described on our Pricing page while the membership is active.

The catalog, release schedule, community features, and participating filmmakers may change as rights windows begin and end. We may add, replace, or remove content and features, but we will not misrepresent the core service being sold.

Dreamlet membership is payment for access to this digital service. It is not a donation, crowdfunding contribution, investment, security, ownership interest, entitlement to revenue, or promise that Dreamlet will finance a particular film. Dreamlet retains final editorial, acquisition, and production decisions.

You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in links and account access secure, and promptly tell us if you believe your account has been compromised. A membership is for the purchasing member's personal, non-commercial use and may not be resold or shared as a public exhibition service.

We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts used for fraud, unauthorized access, harassment, infringement, payment abuse, interference with the service, or other material violations of these Terms. Where reasonably possible, we will give notice and an opportunity to address the issue.

The planned Founding Season membership is $9.99 USD per month, plus any taxes shown at checkout. It automatically renews monthly until canceled. There is no free trial or minimum commitment unless a checkout page expressly says otherwise before purchase.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides buyer support and handles returns. Paddle may calculate and collect applicable taxes and will send your transaction receipt.

Paid membership is not open yet, and the present site does not accept payment. Before checkout opens, you will see the final price, billing interval, included service, taxes, renewal terms, and links to the policies that apply.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and you retain access until then. After cancellation takes effect, Paddle will not charge another renewal. Instructions and exceptions are set out in our Subscription and Cancellation Policy.

Canceling future renewal is different from requesting a refund. Transactions are handled under our Refund Policy, Paddle's buyer terms, and any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

Films remain owned by their filmmakers or other rightsholders and are made available under license to Dreamlet. Dreamlet and its licensors retain all rights in the service, site design, editorial material, trademarks, artwork, metadata, and films except for the limited viewing permission these Terms grant you.

You may stream authorized content for personal use through Dreamlet. You may not copy, download, record, redistribute, publicly perform, sell, scrape, remove rights notices, bypass access controls, or use content to train a model or create derivative works unless the applicable rightsholder has given you express permission.

If you believe material on Dreamlet infringes your rights, contact us with the work, the material at issue, your contact information, and the basis for your claim.

If Dreamlet offers comments, questions, or other member participation, you remain responsible for what you submit. Do not post unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, threatening, harassing, privacy-invasive, or promotional material. You give Dreamlet a non-exclusive license to display and moderate your submission as needed to operate the feature. We may remove submissions or restrict participation to protect members, filmmakers, and the service.

We work to keep Dreamlet available, but streaming quality and access can be affected by your connection, device, third-party infrastructure, maintenance, rights restrictions, or events outside our reasonable control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as available" basis without warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. Nothing here excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dreamlet is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from the service. Dreamlet's aggregate liability relating to a paid membership will not exceed the amount you paid for that membership during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.

We may update these Terms as the service develops. We will post the revised date and give reasonable advance notice of material changes affecting an active paid membership. If you do not accept a material change, you may cancel before it takes effect.

To the extent permitted by law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory protections and dispute rights in your home jurisdiction continue to apply where the law requires them.
