Refund Policy
Dreamlet purchases will be processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. This policy explains how to request a refund and how refunds differ from canceling renewal.
Effective and last updated August 23, 2026.
Before paid membership opens
Dreamlet does not currently accept payment, so there is presently no Dreamlet transaction to refund. This policy will apply when paid membership opens.
Refund eligibility
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, Dreamlet membership transactions are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Paddle may approve a refund in its discretion, including after reviewing a timely request involving a material technical or product problem. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights or rights relating to a service that is not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose.
Statutory withdrawal periods differ by country. Paddle applies the applicable rights and explains the current regional periods, streaming-use exceptions, and request deadlines in the Paddle Refund Policy. If a refund is issued, access to the refunded membership may end.
How to request a refund
- If Dreamlet is not working as described, email hello@dreamlet.studio so we can try to resolve the problem.
- Use the receipt or “Manage subscription” link in Paddle's transaction email, or visit Paddle buyer support and select the refund option.
- Provide the purchase email, transaction details, and reason for your request.
Cancellation is different
Canceling prevents future renewals and normally leaves access active through the end of the current paid billing period. It does not by itself refund the current period. See the Subscription and Cancellation Policy for instructions.
